Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-10 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hyperloop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
